EXCHANGES

CARDINALNO.com accepts exchanges within 28 days of the merchandise’s delivery date. We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order. Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

The merchandise must be returned in one package with original Cardinal N° box. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from one order.

Please be aware that CARDINALNO.com can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. Please contact our Customer Care at customercare@cardinalno.com in order to reserve the article in the size required. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.

Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Germany, for instance, we can only accept an exchange from Germany.

RETURNS

All purchased items can be returned – including reduced items. If you would like to repeal your contract of purchase, you may choose one of the following two options:

– You have 14 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email, a fax, a letter in the mail. We recommend that you use our cancellation form template. After sending us your cancellation form, please return the items within 14 days.

– Your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 28 days.

Regardless of which option you choose, please ensure that the following provisions are met:

We can only accept returns if all of the above conditions have been met.

Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to process your return after we have received it. After we have received the returned merchandise, we check, and we will send you an email concerning your refund. The time it takes for you to get refunded depends on your credit card. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within two months of the return, at the latest. In case the recipient is not the same person that made the purchase, the refund will be booked onto the credit card holder’s account. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Germany, for instance, we can only accept a return from Germany. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
